Delta just completed the Factory Acceptance Test for this special Nutsche Filter Dryer. This particular machine has a 2 m2 filtering surface and is equipped with a double glove box at the discharge nozzle.
Here at Delta, we refer to this machine as a Dachshund, because of its short height. The peculiar dimensions will allow for a larger filtration area compared to the volume that needs to be filtered.
Delta just successfully completed a delivery to a customer in Hungary. We manufactured a large Nutsche Filter Dryer with a 4 m2 filtering sheet. This particular machine is made of stainless steel and will be used for API production.
Delta recently delivered a small pilot Nutsche filter dryer for API production to a customer in Northern Italy. The machine is made of C-22, and is equipped with a glove box for high potent molecules. The dryer was also included our complete production line: a control system, heating system, and vacuum system.
Delta recently completed a successful FAT and delivered a Horizontal 2000 ltr Paddle Dryer for API production. The dryer included a control system, a delumper, as well as a heating/cooling skid.

Delta performed a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of a 300-liter Horizontal Paddle Dryer. This particular machine will be used as a pilot unit for API production. The dryer is made of stainless steel, has a vacuum and control system, and – most importantly – has an automatic opening system for its front door.
Delta will be participating in the upcoming Pharmtech and Ingredients exhibition in Russia from November 10th-13th with our local partner, Solid Pharma! We will be exhibiting a 250-liter reactor made of C-22 (a nickel-based alloy) which is designed for API production. The small machine is equipped with a dip pipe and automatic mushroom discharge valve.
Delta is happy to announce that it recently commissioned a new API production line. The plant has a 5.000 liter (total volume) horizontal paddle dryer at its core, which is equipped with a delumper and sampling system. In addition, the plant has a connecting high vacuum production system, heating skid, and is controlled by a PLC-based system, all internally developed by Delta’s technical team.
